Please implement a program to sync account data from humana.com with go365.com. I'm not sure how this has been missed, or why an end-user has to request it, but it is necessary. I got a new phone number, changed it on my Humana profile, but when I try to log in to Go365 it keeps trying to send the one-time code to the old number.
It would also help if you did some kind of monitoring of your phone system. Numerous calls from different phones had one-way audio, I could head the support engineer, they couldn't hear me.
And lastly, can you use some of your 65 BILLION dollars in revenue to purchase an email server of some sort? It would be great, as a customer, to be able to contact support and open a support ticket instead of dumping problems into a "community" page flooding search engines with irrelevant results when trying to troubleshoot a problem.
