My steps have not been syncing to the app from my fitbit. Can this be corrected? I am not seeing any points. I checked that the fitbit is connected.
I do apologize for any issues with Go365 and Fitbit connecting. Unfortunately, I am not seeing Fitbit data coming over. I would highly recommend disconnecting your Fitbit to Go365 and reconnecting it. Here is a helpful link that will better guide to properly connect your Fitbit to Go365: How to connect your Fitbit
