I do apologize for any issues or concerns regarding your Verified Workouts. I do see that you have been awarded through August. I would recommend checking your Go365 Earning statement to see the 10 point reward each time you achieved this mark. Once again, I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I understand. I see that the activity is part of a recommended activity that ended last week on 8/20. This could be why you are no longer seeing the rewarded points.

Good question. The days you hit 7,500+ steps you would earn that for the recommended activity, but recommended activities have an end date to them and yours has ended. Thus, why you are not receiving the points anymore since the recommended activity ended on 8/20.

Good question. It will not for the remainder of the year since you have completed the recommended activity for 2020.
