Since Memorial Day, for more than 10 weekends, i have been backpacking 12+ hours one or two days per week. My Samsung Health app is synced to Go365. I am not seeing any points in my Go365 account. How do I fix this?
I am so sorry for this issue going on with your Samsung Health and Go365. I have tried to pull data from the connected device, but it does not seem to update. I would highly recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your device to Go365. Once you have properly reconnected the device to Go365 please allow up to 24-48 hours for data and points to update.
