Unable to login reset password numerous times and still says incorrect password. Medical side logs in fine but Go365 keeps giving me error message.
I am sorry for the troubles going on with your Go365 login. Did you happen to fully register your information for Go365 on our website? Also, did you make sure the username was correct when signing in? Please let me know so I can further assist.
I only got to set username/password and I have double checked everything was correct. After I did initial set up it keeps sating incorrect username/password . I reset it numerous times accepts new password and still will not log in.
I am so sorry for the ongoing issue. Is this on the application or website?

I am so very sorry for this. After further investigating, I am seeing that the registration has not fully gone through. I would recommend going on a computer browser to go365.com to properly register. It can take up to 72 hours for registration to process. I am so sorry for this inconvenience.
