The steps that I have gotten credit for do not match up with the steps I received in the Samsung Health app. Can you please look into this issue? Thank you.

Looking through my steps from the previous week the steps I earned through the Samsung Health app do not match up with the steps showing in go365. Also, I got over 50,000 steps for the week, but I only earned 43 points for the week. I would appreciate a little more insight into these discrepancies. Thank you!
