My activities have not recorded since using a new phone

I am using the Runkeeper app and have been logged into the same account as the old phone. None of my exercise has been recorded since April of this year, yet I have all of that information on my current phone stored in the Runkeeper app. Usually that information syncs to my account automatically. How can I get that information into my go365 account?
