App is not keeping up with my activity since 8-3.
I deleted the app and added it back on. still not working
Are you still utilizing Apple Health to track your steps, or have you switched to S Health?

Just to confirm, you have an iPhone?
If so, what you will want to do is delete your Go365 app, reinstall, and then reconnect Apple Health. You can do so by following: How to connect Apple Health
When reconnecting, be sure to "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared.
