my spouse is unable to log into go365

she has registered on humana.com; and everytime she tries to sign into the go365app it says its a new device and emails her a code. She puts the code in and then, it tells her to sign in again them gives an error.

 

When trying to login online it sends the code and the takes her to the go365 gome page but she is not signed in. Please help.
