Steps aren’t syncing

If your steps are not syncing to your Fitbit account, then unfortunately they will not transfer over to Go365.

My steps are syncing to fit bit they just aren't transferring to go 365and
it's connected to go 365

There is no additional step data on the Fitbit account that is paired with Go365 (I would be able to manually pull it over in this case). Typically, this means that you are syncing your Fitbit tracker to an account that is not connected to Go365.
To confirm this, please sign into Fitbit.com. If you see all of your step data there, wonderful! Once you have confirmed your login credentials for Fitbit, please sign into your Go365.com account, disconnect Fitbit, and then reconnect (using the credentials you just confirmed).
Let me know when you have completed this process.
