My Samsung Health is not syncing with Go365 since Aug 31st. I am so frustrated with the constant glitches of the app. What can i do to get the points for the steps and workouts? Go365 also shows less steps than what my watch says. I would like to know how

Samsung health info is not reflecting on Go365 since Aug 31st. My steps also do not show the same info as my Galaxy watch. This affects my insurance premium from my employer. Please help me fix this. Again. I have deleted the apps and readded several times as that is usually the guidance given but it continues to happen.
