Why am I no longer being awarded the full 20 points for my verified daily workouts?
Are you submitting photo proof of a virtual workout every day? If not, the Points will award based off the calculations below:
We will award for one workout type per day, whichever will earn you the highest number of Points!

I am submitting photo proof of my Daily workouts which should be 10 points.
I workout every morning M-F and only got 4 points Monday 9/7, 9 points
Friday 9/4 and Thursday 9/3, and 8 points Wednesday 9/2.

Unfortunately, I am not seeing a successful photo submission for a virtual workout each day, which is why 10 Points are not awarding each day. If you do not see your Points update within a few hours (typically they will update if you sign out and sign back in) of submission, you can resubmit photo proof.
