Which device were you using on those days? Is this a calorie or a heart rate workout that was completed?

Hello, they are heart rate workouts. It appeared to me that I went over the
heart rate needed for more than 5 points allotted. Other days appear to
load correctly. It’s difficult sometimes to figure it out. I use a Garmin
for tracking. Some days I just weight lift so those are pics for home gym.
