Health app not synchronizing with 365 app
I apologize for any frustration in regards to your steps not transferring to Go365.
If you are still using Apple Health to track your steps, please delete the Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and then reconnect Apple Health. This will refresh the connection. How to connect Apple Health

*Keep in mind that you will need to frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app, for step data from Apple Health to be sent over to us

I can confirm that we are once again receiving, and awarding, your step data from Apple Health. Please attempt to sign into your Go365 app daily, to keep step data current!
I am able to see Sept points but I am still missing Aug points
With Apple Health, steps are not saved on a separate server, such as Fitbit or Garmin. Therefore, if you do not sign into your Go365 app every 7 days (at minimum), there will be gaps in step data sent to Go365. Unfortunately, we are unable to manually retrieve any additional data from Apple Health.
