Steps not syncing correctly

My name is Maria Campbell My Steps are not syncing correctly. I wore my Apple Watch from 8/31  9/5 and the steps accumulated over the period of time does not match what is showing on my Go365 statement. I wore my Fitbit from 9/6 -9/11 and those steps have not synced either, the app is only showing steps tracked by my cellphone. Please help.
