My 365go app hasn’t worked in months. Online 365go has been under maintenance for months also. I have tried reinstalling app. Still get message that my username and password don’t match. Have changed password still nothing.

I have reinstalled. Changed password. Tried accessing online. Won’t let me re-register because it says I have an account.
