Cannot login to Go365 on any device or browser

I am new to Go365 and have yet to be able to login successfully. When attempting to login through a browser, the system accepts my credentials but does not actually sign me in to the website and shows me the "LOGIN" button on the top right as if I never logged in. I have tried clearing my cache and tried logging in through different browsers and on different devices. When I try to login through the app I get a message that says "An error occurred, try again". I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app and clearing the app's cache, as well as restarting my phone. What steps do I need to take to successfully login?
