I received a new card reflecting my current last name, however my name in this system is still very incorrect. If you can please assist me in this change that would be great. Thank you as always for your time and effort.
I am so very sorry for the issue with your last name. Unfortunately, Go365 does not handle member information changes. That would have to be with your employer. The reason I say this is because through your enrollment you may have enrolled with your insurance and benefits with that name prior. Your employer or HR department will be able to update that for you. Once it is updated through them, then you will be able to see the correct name change.
