My activity for sleep log is not giving me points and its been active for 2 weeks now and I am still not receiving any points. And yes everything is synching.

There is a max of 6 weeks each plan year that you are able to earn the Points for this activity. I can see that you are now at the max for this plan year. When your plan year renews you will be eligible to receive the Points again.
