logged in to app and everything is as if I am a brand new member. no points, etc.
I would have the same question, I can see how that would cause concerns for your Go365 account.
I took a closer look at your account and I can see that there are activities and Points and Bucks listed on your account. If you don't mind, can you please take a close look at your activities and let me know if any are missing or not awarded.
