My Garmin stopped working

My garmin device stopped working a few months back, & I had an extra ( same type ) to use, however I had not added it to my Go365 account, I need to account for all of the steps I've taken since I set it up.  I'm trying to go into my Go365 account & setup my 'new' Garmin device, & no matter where I try to add it, whether it's on my work PC, or my home PC, I type in my email address & my password to log in , & it will not accept this information.  What the heck am I missing here ?  I only have one email address & one password that I use for this account & it's been active for years !!!  


Can anyone help ?
