My FitBit points and exercise points have not synced since August 30th. I deleted the FitBit app and Go365 apps from my phone and reinstalled them and they are still not showing up.
I see that your Fitbit is connected and we are receiving your activity information. However, your points are not posting to your account due to your Blue Status.
In order to get out of Blue Status, you would need to complete the Health Assessment.
So, once your assessment is completed, your activity points will be posted and you will move out of the Blue status.
The Go365 Status levels are Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The higher your Status, the more activities you can unlock to earn even more Points, which gives you more opportunities to earn Bucks towards rewards like e-gift cards, movie tickets, apparel and accessories, devices, and discounts on products. You also earn Bonus Bucks when you reach a new Status.
