Fitbit steps are not syncing correctly with Go365

My Fitbit steps are not syncing correctly with Go365 since 9/19/2020. I’ve checked for updates, I’ve turned my phone off and in again, I’ve disconnected my Fitbit from Go365 and re-added it and still not correct.
