Bucks expired without a warning message to use them

Bucks expired from my account without a warning message to use them.  I reached out to customer service but twice have been told my balance is correct.  I understand the balance is correct at this time, but I received no message that those bucks were expiring.  Whom do I get in contact with about getting the bucks applied back to my account, unless evidence can be provided that the message was displaying on my dashboard?  Thanks!
