It stopped updating points on 9/9/20 after an app update.  Am I maxed on allowed points?  I already contacted chat and they had me uninstall and reconnect the app as well as shut off and restart phone and connections between the uninstall and reload.  Support told me that everything looked correct and points should show up after 24 hrs.  Nothing changed.  I'm connected to both Health IQ and Fitbit apps.  No points at all after 9/9/20.  Why?
