As of yesterday my steps stopped being tracked on Go 365. I have the latest version of Go 365 and my device is synced so anyone have any idea on how to fix this issue?

As of yesterday my steps were no longer picked up in Go365 app. I have the most recent version of Go365 downloaded so that is not the issue. And I ensure that my device is synced properly so that is not the issue any suggestions on how to get this fixed?
