Steps no longer syncing to Go365 app from Apple Health app

Hi there, my steps from my Apple health app is no longer syncing to the Go365 app. The last day it synced was mid day on 9/16/20. I have deleted the app. Restarted my phone. And re-downloaded the app and it still is not updated my steps. Please advise ASAP !! Thanks !
