My points stopped accruing mid day 9/23/20. Can this be corrected?

I believe this coincided with an Android update, but I. Not sure. My Go365 app is up to date as well as the linked fitbit account. I have disconnected and reconnected my fitbit device with no change.

Any help is appreciated.
