I tried changing email. Changing password. Deleting phone cache,cookies. I tried deleting the app reinstalling it. Try logging in through go365.com(browsers).calling Humana,calling go365 support.cant resolve the issue.
I can understand the concern that this can cause for your activities. I can see that you were working with a representative through Customer Service.
