I apologize for my confusion, are you referring to the verification process for the login to Go365?
I can see that you have a Medicare Policy with Humana and Go365. If you are unable to log into your Go365 account, you can call the number on the back of your medical ID card and speak with Go365 customer service. They will be able to assist you with the login and placing your order.
