Over a week later and the steps STILL aren't updating

Go365, I am SO done with you. I can't imagine what would happen if I had to invest money into using this app. My steps stopped updating on 9/24. Now before you responded to my earlier question, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, because that was one of your usual solutions when I previously had issues with the app. And of course I find out NOT to do that AFTER the fact. Well the steps updated a few days later, but only up to 9/26 and only got partial credit for that day. Nothing since then. It's disheartening to come to the Humana website to see NO ACTVITY for this week, but my Fitbit says otherwise. 

 

I've come to the conclusion that a few points to get some free stuff is not worth this frustration. I swear something goes awry with your app two to three times a year where I've having to uninstall/ reinstall, change my password, not recognizing my device (which happened FOUR times last week for a device I've had since JANUARY!) and whatever else has gone wrong in the three years I've been using this app.

 

So here are my steps that I've done since 9/25 (Because 9/26 is not ACCURATE)
