What internet browser are you using? Can you please try using internet explorer, clearing your cookies and internet history, and log into www.go365.com

I don't know how but I was finally able to log on through my Humana
account. This is not dependable and does not always work.
FYI: Windows 10 on a desktop pc, Firefox Browser v78.0.2 (64-bit). Internet
explorer is out of the question, too many privacy issues.
We are concerned with privacy issues and use a VPN (PIA - Private Internet
Access). We had to disable PIA for our first logon to the go365 mall.

Currently, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome are the most compatible browsers with Go365. This could also occur if your Java Software needs to be updated or if your employer has some firewalls in place.

You can access the Go365 Mall at your Go365 account by going to www.go365.com and using your username and password, this will be the same as your Humana.com password. You can also log into your account at www.humana.com and selecting the Go365 tab at the top of your screen.
