Only half the daily steps are showing on my dashboard. For instance 10/2 I took 16000 steps but only received 9 points.
I can see how that would be concerning for your activities.
Do you use the Apple Watch? Please check to make sure that the watch is still set as priority over the phone.

how do I set the watch as priority? I have never had to do that. This problem didn’t start until the app uploading step error occurred on 9/23.

I can see that the data was only pulling from the phone and now it is showing coming from your watch. The date above has updated with the correct number of Points. Are you still seeing a discrepancy on some days? If possible, can you please provide the dates for examples and your average number of steps?
Thanks for checking into this. The decrepency all started after the glitch on 9/23. It’s still happening for some reason. Here is a list of steps over the past week:
i am attempting to figure out what’s going on because the steps from my watch are not pulling over into the Health app correctly and the health app is linked to my Go365 app. Do you know if anyone else is having the same problem?
