I downloaded the Go365 app on my iPhone. Tried to log in and got the message saying "Your plan type is not currently supported by this app. I am trying to sync Apple Watch and/or Activity and/or Apple Health to the go365 program. Please help
Apple Health/Apple watch requires a mobile connection that is not yet available for Medicare policies. With that said, you can still use any device that tracks steps to be rewarded for your Daily Workouts! Just fill out our2020 Medicare Fitness Workout Tracker and send it into Go365 to be rewarded!

Please elaborate on this. When you say "requires a mobile connection that is not yet available for Medicare policies", please explain who (Apple, Medicare, Humana) is responsible for enabling that connection. If it is you (Humana), why in the world haven't you completed this? Being forced to use a web browser to access my account instead of the iOS app or having to use a PDF to report activity is just ridiculous. I have added a connection to MyFitnessPal, which seems to have access to my steps, but I'm seeing anything credited.When will this be fixed?
