Unfortunately, the device you stated is not currently compatible with Go365 (cannot be paired). Here is a list of the compatible apps & devices, and the data they send to us: Device and Workout Guide

Let's see if I can explain this without sounding confusing. My phone app
can sync with google fit, google fit can sync with IHealth, IHealth can
sync with Go360 but it still doesn't work. I might need to upgrade the
IHealth app but the
Monthly cost equals my savings so what's the point.. Using my points to
purchase a compatible device from the shopping mall seems defeat the
purpose as well...

Got it! That data would not be received, as it is considered third party. Data needs to be tracked directly by a compatible device/app, listed within the Device and Workout Guide.
I show that we have been receiving step data from Samsung Health, through 10/8, on your account. We definitely do not want you to purchase an app/device, if you do not wish to. Samsung Health was working well, but there are other free options listed in the Guide as well.
