Suddenly the app thinks my phone is a "new device" and needs to send a confirmation email with a 6 digit code. By the time the email arrives the code has expired. Same thing is happening with my husband's phone. Any suggestions?

If the Go365 Mobile app updates or if you need to uninstall and reinstall the app, it will need to be re-verified. If you are on a data connection with low reception, it may take longer to receive the email.
Please also be sure to keep the Go365 Mobile app open when you are retrieving the code in your email, if the app closes the code is no longer valid.
If you are able to use a computer to login successfully, you can also switch your verification to the text message option and you may receive that faster than the email on your phone.
