In the Go365 app, you can no longer select Samsung Health as a device for the weekly "Weight Log" activity. It shows up as not connected, and if you try to connect it, "weight" isn't on the list of items you can approve.
Samsung has advised that with their most recent update, there are some troubles connecting with other apps. They have provided these troubleshooting steps:
Access phone settings
Click on apps and scroll down and click on Samsung Health app
Choose force stop and then confirm
Click on storage and then choose clear cache
Go back to phone settings and choose device care then "optimize now"
Once you choose "optimize now", you will want to power your phone off (not restart) for one full minute. It is important that you allow a full 1 or longer.
If those steps do not work, here are some more steps:
Access phone settings and apps again and choose Samsung Health app
Tap permissions and make sure everything is toggled on, including apps that are not relevant such as calendar, photos, etc. Ensure each one is showing as on.
Go back to apps list and do the same step as above for Go365
Click home button and get out of everything then open Samsung Health app and choose the 3 lines in the top corner
Choose settings and then data permissions which will pop up 3rd party app for Go365 and you can then choose the toggle to turn it off, then toggle it right back to on
Once that is complete, power your phone off for one full minute again, and allow 10-15 minutes for everything to sync before trying to connect to Go365.
If the above steps do not work, they have advised that users will need to wait until the next Samsung Health app update. I apologize for any inconvenience!
