I've had an issue for a long time of just logging into the App on my Samsung phone, it says I have a new device which I dont and sends me email to confirm which I do. This has happened for the last two years. Now I can't even login even after changing my password multiple times. It says "Error has occured, try again" and I cannot log in. My company is doing a step challenge using the app but I cannot even log in. PLEASE HELP!!!!
