The Go365 app has not recorded the steps from my Fitbit from 9/23/20 - 10/4/20. I have refreshed the apps, rebooted my phone, and have left both apps open for at least 48 hours. How can I get these recorded??

Are there issues again with Go365 syncing with Fitbit?? My steps and points are not correct since 10/15.
