I can see how that would be frustrating as you're trying to access your Go365 account. Let's see what we can do to get this resolved for you!
I can see that you have a Medicare Policy with Go365, currently the Go365 Mobile app is not compatible with that type of policy.
However, you can still use your mobile device by using the internet browser and logging into www.go365.com with your username and password.
