Aka31020544887 Jan 19, 2017 4:37 PM (in response to aka1102215381)I carry a Cooler with me and stock out with fruits and veggies. Or even some lunch meat. Make sure to drink water as well. I carry a gallon jug in my cooler too.

Also, take apples, oranges, strawberries, and other fruits. Order side salads without the dressing. Use yellow mustard with organic apple cider vinegar and a little honey for your dressing. The calories will come from the honey which is very little it tastes great.

3SOLI3J5Q5R7F Sep 19, 2018 9:27 PM (in response to aka1102215381)Yes meal prep is the best way. Try to pack atleast 5 small snacks in a cooler to keep fresh or things like protein bars, almonds, etc. The healthier the better cause you want to fuel your body with filling foods. I hope this helped you
