Does anyone have any suggestions on ways I can squeeze in healthy eating when I am constantly on the go?
I try to view menus on the restaurants websites so I can plan ahead.
I carry a Cooler with me and stock out with fruits and veggies. Or even some lunch meat. Make sure to drink water as well. I carry a gallon jug in my cooler too.
definitely meal prepping would be the way to go. buy in bulk and seperate into snack bags. calculate for every three hours.
Yes, take healthy nuts with you such as walnuts, almonds, and cashews. Also, take apples, oranges, strawberries, and other fruits. Order side salads without the dressing. Use yellow mustard with organic apple cider vinegar and a little honey for your dressing. The calories will come from the honey which is very little it tastes great.
I suggest stopping at grocery stores and getting fruit salad or maybe something from the deli.Hope this helps!
Yes meal prep is the best way. Try to pack atleast 5 small snacks in a cooler to keep fresh or things like protein bars, almonds, etc. The healthier the better cause you want to fuel your body with filling foods. I hope this helped you
